We’re currently seeking a Construction Estimator to handle our Installation designs for all new construction agricultural sites.
This qualified candidate will assist in building GreenSeason’s award winning landscape services while reinforcing GreenSeason’s proven track record. With hard work and dedication, this position has an earning potential of a six – figure income. We will promote first-class sales training, tools and a platform to help you reach your fullest potential in our industry.
Responsibilities:
- Be familiar with & understand dynamics & design trends behind the high-end residential landscape market
- Evaluate and assess site to ensure that current conditions are taken into consideration when designing and estimating
- Balanced use of hardscape, greenery, color, and other textured material to draw eye in and accent the existing or proposed architecture
- Able to articulate ideas to paper or CAD quickly as well as the ability to verbalize the design vision
- Meet with operations team to understand project objectives, goals and expectations of the client for the project
- Sales (70%)
- Listen and identify client needs
- Effectively update client on changes and modifications during design and estimating process
- Follow up and respond to clients and prospects with a sense of urgency
- Ensure customer contact during the planning and implementation process to ensure timely, accurate and customer value-based connections that sets & meets the client expectation
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a business developer, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (LMN)
- Market knowledge
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- 1-2 years of landscaping experience
