A Southern Colonial built in the 1950s is the respected elder of a new neighborhood of upper scale large homes. A refined and exclusive refuge, she sits on the Chattahoochee River and basks in the sunlight, the back and sides cradled by hardwoods and mature pine now augmented by Green Season’s new plantings. A home this elegant never has to compete with anything for attention and our site plan calls for highlighting the home with subtlety and with order, but not at the expense of serenity.
